After the last 2 weekends, it's nice to always be remind how great outdoor festivals can be. Two weekends ago over in Poland for Sunrise, just absolutely unreal. Poland gigs never ever dissappoint, but this was really something to see. A stage that was so well put together it would be fit for any major pop act, and a lineup that was simply an honor to play on. I am so thrilled to have even been a part of that. Then last weekend over in Timisoara, Romania, was another outdoor festival called House Parade. Despite the name it was actually mostly trance guys, and for my first time in Romania, I must say I was VERY impressed with the scene there! I took forward to getting back there as many times as possible.

July 14, 2009 What a gorgeous couple of weeks. Last week was a really pleasant return to Finland, over in Tampere, my first time to this city actually. I was so enthused to see how up for it they were there, and truly cannot wait to get back there again. Awesome. The weekend before, the Luminosity Beach Party in Holland. Not many people associate Holland with beaches, but this was such a brilliant party, and the weather was absolute perfection. Terrific party, terrific people, but that really comes as no surprise, come on now, when is it ever a bad time playing in the Netherlands? Then came Ibiza. Judgement Sunday at Eden went off amazingly as it always does, and this is easily one of my top 3 parties to play for bar none. Hopefully most of you can make it out to the August 16th Judgement, because it is one hell of a night out. This particular trip was great as well because my brother Ryan got to make it out from New York, so I stayed 2 extra nights to simply check out other nights the island had to offer. On Monday, we went over to Privilege for Tiesto's night. This really cannot be described in words how jawdropping the production in one night of clubbing can actually. If you are in Ibiza on a Monday and have yet to go to a Monday at Privilege, you just really have to see this. It's something. Then Tuesday, as we contemplated withering up in our hotel rooms, we actually mustered enough strength to get our asses over to Amnesia for Armin's Armada night, which definitely proved to be the right move. Armin threw down a banger of a set, harder than I am used to hearing him play, which was exactly what the doctor ordered. This weekend I set off with my friend Fila off to Vancouver to go back to play at the PNE Coliseum again. Soooo psyched up for this one, as the parties there are out of this world. This Friday a new Tytanium show is coming, Episode 04 on Afterhours.fm which will also be on next Wednesday on DI.fm, with the podcast version to follow. A lot of great new tracks in there so be sure not to miss it! June 30, 2009 June 26, 2009 Starting this month, Integrity Artist Management launches its weekly podcast, featuring all DJs from the Integrity DJ stable, including Judge Jules, Richard Durand, Simon Patterson, Super8 & Tab, Matt Hardwick, Marcel Woods, myself, and more. It's called iAM Music and I host the first show. Click the banner above to hear or subscribe! June 23, 2009 Hey guys, from Mid-August to Mid-September, I will be taking about 4 weeks off to tend to a major (but good!) event in my life. I'll be staying back home most of this time, so hopefully as a side-effect, some good studio time comes out of it. June 24, 2009
For now I am putting my older site layout back up for a few months, as I have been getting a lot of feedback that this is simply just easier to navigate. It's also easier for me to update. The last few weeks have been nothing short of astounding. Two Fridays back was a nice warm return to Leeds' best trance party, Digital Society, alongside Cosmic Gate, John Askew, and Activa. I must say this party has, in a very short time, risen to become my favorite party to play for in the UK, and I think I can say that without hesitation. Unbelievable vibe! The next day, it was off to New York City, for the first time back there in a while, to play at Love. Playing back for my original home is never easy for me, I feel a lot more pressured to truly bring everything I have to the table, and I really hope I did for you all! Then, after a few days of relaxation and catching up with family I haven't seen in months or over a year, I was off to Seattle. Upon landing, I was whisked away to go do my first ever presentation/seminar at The Mac Store about techniques I use in Apple Logic. I was probably more worried about THIS than the night's set because it wa really the first time I was to speak in a teaching environment. I was told to definitely come back and do it again next time so I guess they really got something out of it, but so did I... This was a great experience. Then just a few hours later, I was en route to Last Supper Club. But This was my second time playing at this particular club, and it came through as a terrific night again. I really enjoy Seattle, because its a very tight family of clubbers that seem to show up for each trance event together. Really cool. The following day I packed my stuff to go get ready to fly over to San Francisco, to play at one of my favorite places in the world, Club 1015 Fulsom. This was a bit longer of a set, clocking in at a bit over 3 hours, and quite frankly, it felt like 1 hour had passed and I was already done! This was my favorite visit to 1015, and if it's any sign of things to come, I cannot wait to get back there! June 23, 2009 Hey guys, from Mid-August to Mid-September, I will be taking about 4 weeks off to tend to a major (but good!) event in my life. So that explains why you will see a big hole in my bookings around that time ;) Back in action full speed with the South America Music Conference on September 19th though! June 23, 2009
